Bertold Barth, born in the picturesque wine village Essenheim, currently works as a freelance photographer. Besides a degree in technical management, his recent biography includes over 20 years of experience as a production planner at a large industrial enterprise. However, he hasn't completely forgotten his agricultural upbringing and finds his self-fulfillment in the field of digital arts for a fairly long time already. Sigi Böhmer

Sigi Boehmer, born in 1965 in beautiful Nahetal, has worked as an office administrator for many years until she transformed her hobby into a career and went on to study fitness. She feels entirely satisfied and in demand in her present job as a fitness trainer. She lives in her native town of Bad Kreuznach with her husband and two children. Her hobbies include reading, image & photo editing, watching movies, traveling and, of course, fitness.

Sonju DiCarmen

Sonju DiCarmen was born in 1976 in the Nibelungen city Worms. Besides a degree in business languages from the LCCI London and a diploma as a sales specialist, her recent biography includes vocational employment as an assistant in export business for the automotive industry and working in the middle management as Head of Supply Chain Department for a medical manufacturing company. For almost eight years, she has worked as an authorized representative at her father's company and managing her own wellness studio alongside her full-time job (business studies & bankruptcy). Nena Fraile

Nena Fraile was born in 1962 in Santander, a city in the form of a peninsula on the northern Atlantic coast. She absolved the profession of a technical construction draftswoman. She is married and lives with her husband and three children in Frankfurt am Main. Her hobbies include reading, traveling and watching movies. Maintaining friendships is especially important to her.

Ute Fries

The 45-year-old Ute Fries lives with her husband in a small village close to Mainz. She loves “her town”, the Rhine and the surrounding areas that she lives in. As a contrast to her rather serious office work, she enjoys writing funny (and sometimes a bit crazy) stories in the hope that they make the reader happy. Her hobbies include reading, hiking, everything to do with nature, clay sculpture, and much more.

Silvianne Lorenz lives with her husband, children and several grandchildren in the German Tuscany, the Markgräflerland. Located between Freiburg and Basel (Switzerland) in a tri-nation corner of Germany, Switzerland and France. Nestled between the Black Forest and the French Vosges, the mid-fifty-year-old finds time for numerous literary interests, like weaving of wonderful stories in children’s language. Hans Misersky was born in 1939 in Jena, Thuringia, where he learned his typesetting skills. His career as a broadcaster and anchorman began at the broadcasting station in Berlin, where he also studied journalism. Even on his 50th year of service, the passionate animal lover is still active on the radio. Among other things, he can often be listened to within a series together with a veterinarian.

Eva Nieberle

Eva Nieberle has worked for over 20 years as a nurse at the intensive care unit of a large hospital in the picturesque town of Augsburg. Her work with seriously ill patients is not her job but rather her vocation. In order to maintain warmth and confidence for herself and her patients, she finds balance in inventing stories and sketches about an adorable little dragon.

Padmini

Padmini was born in December 1965 in Ludwigshafen, Rheinland-Pfalz. After graduating from a commercial college and subsequently staying abroad, she has worked in private sector companies for many years now. Besides her full-time job, she completed 2-year training as a yoga teacher and teaches yoga at the moment. She likes reading and writing, traveling and photography – all the creative things – and also to learn whatever is worth learning and expanding your horizon.

Peter Pitsch

Peter Pitsch was born 1963 in Herford. He lived among other in Berlin, Amsterdam, Rome, Copenhagen and Nykøbing. Already as a teenager he wrote poems and short stories. During a long stay in Italy he gained experience as a film actor. Today he lives in Scandinavia and is dedicated to literary writing. In the early nineties he published his first book, followed by several publications. In addition his reviews, poems and prose texts were included in various magazines and anthologies. The artistic breakthrough came in 2008 with the satire „The Cuckoo's Egg Syndrome“. Since then the contemporary poetry book „Wicked Tale“, the autobiographical novel „Into the Unknown“ and the thriller „WORLD“ were released. 2011 he presents a new variation of his artistic work with the coffee table book „Sixtysix - Digital Art“. Joachim Rubbert

Joachim Rubbert was born in 1937 in Berlin, where he still lives nowadays. Not only has he survived close call air raid alarms, two bombings and the most terrible post-war years, but he has also found the love of his life, his wife, with whom he has been married for over 53 years now. In addition to his turbulent career, which includes 15 years of being a professional firefighter, a trucker and attending an evening school to become a professional economist, the author also knew that our life doesn't just consist of work. He spends his retirement enjoying his writing and a company of his 3 children, 2 grandchildren and, as of recently, his great-grandson.

Jürgen Stürzenberger

Juergen Stuerzenberger has worked as an independent contractor for over 20 years and, together with his family, runs a medium-sized business. Despite or perhaps because he is practicing such an extremely number-oriented profession, he never misses a chance to pursue his favorite hobby – capturing moments of peace, joy and also their complete opposites, poverty and hopelessness. The focus of his work: illustrated books & tour guides.

Ingrid Zellner

Ingrid Zellner was born in 1962 in Dachau. She studied Dramatics, Modern German Literature and History in Munich, completing her studies in 1988 with the final exams for the Master’s degree. She worked as a dramaturge for the Municipal Theatre of Hildesheim from 1990 to 1994 and the Bavarian City Opera from 1996 to 2008 in the same function. Ingrid Zellner has published CD booklet texts, articles, short stories and plays, as well as a novel entitled Ein Neues Leben (A New Life) from the Schatten der Vergangenheit (Shadows of the Past) series. Among her interests are the Scandinavian countries and the Artic regions where she spends several weeks a year. Furthermore, she is an avid fan of Hindi films as proven by her extensive DVD collection that includes over 600 Hindi movies. She has written a paper on the history of the Hindi film industry for the India Magazine as well the German subtitles for three out of the four short films (Megha, Omar, Abhimanyu) in the award-winning movie I Am from the Indian director Onir. She is also an active choir member and actress (hugely successful as Solange in Genet’s Die Zofen and as the village judge Adam in Kleist’s Der Zerbrochene Krug). Moreover, Ingrid Zellner is a back-up singer of the Garden Gang rock band and has been the director of a youth theatre ensemble for the past six years. She currently works as Language lecturer and translator (Swedish and English) and runs a website for the Indian actor Sanjay Dutt in German (www.sanjay-dutt.de ) and in English (www.sanjay-dutt.info ).
